Fantastic Four cast continues to add big names.
Marvel Studios has made a cosmic addition to its upcoming Fantastic Four film, as reported by The Hollywood Reporter. British actor Ralph Ineson, known for his distinctive voice and commanding presence, has been cast to voice the iconic cosmic entity Galactus. Considering his impressive resume of roles, Ineson’s casting as Galactus marks an intriguing choice. He is perhaps best known for portraying the menacing and enigmatic figure of The Dark One in the hit series “The Witcher.” His deep, resonant voice has also been featured in memorable roles like Amycus Carrow in the “Harry Potter” film series and Dagmer Cleftjaw in “Game of Thrones.”
The inclusion of Galactus in Marvel Studios’ The Fantastic Four is a game-changer, promising to introduce a new level of cosmic threat to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Galactus, often depicted as a colossal figure who consumes entire planets, is a formidable antagonist who will undoubtedly challenge the superhero team in ways they’ve never experienced before.
The film boasts an impressive ensemble cast.
It features Pedro Pascal as brilliant scientist Reed Richards, also known as Mr. Fantastic. Vanessa Kirby plays Sue Storm, the Invisible Woman, while Joseph Quinn portrays her fiery brother, Johnny Storm (Human Torch). Ebon Moss-Bachrach rounds out the principal cast as Ben Grimm, a friend of Richards grappling with a transformative condition that turns him into the rock-skinned powerhouse known as The Thing. Julia Garner will bring to life a female version of the Silver Surfer Shalla-Bal, a cosmic herald closely associated with Galactus in Marvel lore. Paul Walter Hauser has been cast in an undisclosed role, adding another layer of mystery to the production. Veteran actor John Malkovich is also set to appear in a key role, elevating the film’s star-studded lineup.
Marvel Studios’ The Fantastic Four is scheduled to hit theaters on July 25, 2025. With a cast of talented performers and the introduction of formidable cosmic adversaries, anticipation for this latest installment in the MCU is sure to soar among superhero enthusiasts.
