Lionsgate has officially announced the release date for Guy Ritchie’s latest movie, “The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare.” The action-comedy will hit theaters on April 19, 2024. The film promises to take audiences on an exhilarating ride. It follows the untold story of the first-ever special forces organization formed during World War II.
The movie is directed and co-written by Ritchie.
He is a well-known filmmaker who has previously worked on popular films like “Sherlock Holmes” and “The Gentlemen.” The film is based on Damien Lewis’s book. It is titled “The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare: How Churchill’s Secret Warriors Set Europe Ablaze and Gave Birth to Modern Black Ops.” Additionally, inspiration was drawn by the recently declassified files from the British War Department.
Renowned filmmakers Jerry Bruckheimer, Guy Ritchie, Chad Oman, Ivan Atkinson, and John Friedberg are producing this cinematic masterpiece. The movie features a star-studded cast. It includes Henry Cavill, Eiza González, and Alan Ritchson. The rest of the cast features Alex Pettyfer, Hero Fiennes Tiffin, Babs Olusamokun, Henrique Zaga, Til Schweiger, Henry Golding, and Cary Elwes.
