Indiana Jones 5 coming from Lucasfilm and Disney in 2023.
Indiana Jones and Short Round have reunited over the weekend at D23 Expo. 38 years ago Harrison Ford and Ke Huy Quan starred together in the release of Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom. It is set a year before the events in Raiders of the Lost Ark. In the 1984 sequel, Indy needs to retrieve a precious gem and several kidnapped young boys on behalf of a remote East Indian village. This time he teams up with a nightclub singer and a 12-year-old boy. Indiana Jones 5 is set to debut on June 30th, 2023. In addition to Ford, the movie will feature Antonio Banderas, Mads Mikkelsen, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, and Boyd Holbrook. James Mangold will direct the fifth film. He is best known for Ford v Ferrari, Logan, The Wolverine, 3:10 to Yuma, and Walk The Line. See the photo below of Indy and Short Round’s reunion.
