Max launches ‘The Official Big Bang Theory Podcast’ with Warner Bros. Unscripted Television.

Max is taking fans of The Big Bang Theory on a journey behind the scenes with The Official Big Bang Theory Podcast, set to debut on March 17. Created in partnership with Warner Bros. Unscripted Television, this new weekly podcast will give listeners an exclusive look into the making of the iconic sitcom, featuring interviews with cast members, creators, and crew.
Jessica Radloff, the New York Times bestselling author of The Big Bang Theory: The Definitive, Inside Story of the Epic Hit Series, will serve as host and executive producer. Each episode will break down the beloved show’s early seasons, bringing in key figures like director James Burrows and actors Kunal Nayyar, Kevin Sussman, and John Ross Bowie to share their experiences.

The series premiere will provide a unique deep dive into the show’s unaired pilot, featuring commentary from co-creator Chuck Lorre and former Warner Bros. Television Group Chairman Peter Roth. Other guests lined up for future episodes include Sara Gilbert, Christine Baranski, Vernee Watson, and Sara Rue.
Becky Rho, senior director of podcasts at Max, shared her enthusiasm for the project, stating, “We are always looking for ways to give our subscribers more of what they love. Teaming up with Warner Bros. Unscripted Television for this podcast allows fans to revisit one of television’s most cherished comedies with fresh insights and behind-the-scenes stories.”
New episodes will drop weekly on Max and major podcast platforms. Fans can stream all episodes of The Big Bang Theory exclusively on Max, making it easy to watch and listen in tandem.

Premiering in 2007, The Big Bang Theory became a television juggernaut, dominating comedy rankings and concluding its 12-season run in 2019 as the longest-running multi-camera sitcom with 279 episodes. Created by Chuck Lorre and Bill Prady, the series followed the lives of socially awkward physicists whose world expanded when they met their street-smart neighbor, Penny. Over the years, it earned ten Emmy Awards and 55 nominations, cementing its place in TV history. Even today, the show remains a hit in syndication and streaming, with all episodes available on Max.
