The Final Destination franchise is back to its blood-soaked roots with Final Destination: Bloodlines, hitting theaters and IMAX on May 16. The latest chapter in New Line Cinema’s wildly successful series takes fans to the origin of Death’s twisted justice.
College student Stefanie is plagued by a recurring, violent nightmare. She is played by Kaitlyn Santa Juana. Stefanie embarks on a desperate journey to find the one person who might hold the key to breaking the cycle. She must save her family from the gruesome fates that always await them.
Adam Stein and Zach Lipovsky direct Final Destination: Bloodlines. The film delves deeper into the lore of the franchise. It delivers the signature suspense and shock value that has defined the series since its 2000 debut. The film brings a new generation of victims to face Death’s unrelenting wrath, featuring an ensemble cast that includes Teo Briones, Richard Harmon, Owen Patrick Joyner, Rya Kihlstedt, Anna Lore, Brec Bassinger, and the late Tony Todd reprising his iconic role.
The screenplay is penned by Guy Busick and Lori Evans Taylor, with a story by Jon Watts, Busick, and Taylor. Filmed for IMAX, Final Destination: Bloodlines promises a larger-than-life experience that fans won’t want to miss.
