The highly anticipated soundtrack for TRON: Ares has officially arrived. Interscope Records today released the 24-track album, composed entirely by Nine Inch Nails. The TRON: Ares soundtrack stands as one of the band’s most distinctive works. Known for their industrial sound, Nine Inch Nails injects a new energy into the Disney sci-fi franchise. The album surges with distorted textures, pulsating synths, and haunting vocal performances, without a single orchestral note.

Reznor and Ross have previously scored over 20 films and television projects, winning two Academy Awards, three Golden Globes, an Emmy, and a GRAMMY. But TRON: Ares is the first to be presented as an official Nine Inch Nails release, pushing the duo’s experimental approach even further.

About the Film

TRON: Ares continues Disney’s groundbreaking sci-fi series that began in 1982. Directed by Joachim Rønning, the new installment stars Jared Leto as Ares, a highly sophisticated Program sent from the digital Grid into the real world. The cast also includes Greta Lee, Evan Peters, Jodie Turner-Smith, Hasan Minhaj, Arturo Castro, Cameron Monaghan, Gillian Anderson, and Jeff Bridges.
