Ocean’s Trilogy Arriving On 4K Ultra HD

Ocean’s 11, 12 & 13 are to be offered together in 4K for the first time.

The classic Ocean’s trilogy will debut on 4K Ultra HD Disc and Digital platforms on April 30. Steven Soderbergh directed all three. The film series features a star-studded cast. It includes George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Matt Damon, and Andy Garcia. These crime heist movies have left an indelible mark on the genre. Each installment draws inspiration from the 1960 heist film Ocean’s 11. They feature a screenplay penned by Ted Griffin, George Nolfi, and Brian Koppelman & David Levien, respectively. Produced by Jerry Weintraub, these films are a must-watch for fans of stylish heist cinema.

The remastering of Ocean’s Eleven, Ocean’s Twelve, and Ocean’s Thirteen in 4K was meticulously undertaken at Warner Bros. Discovery’s Motion Picture Imaging (MPI), with direct involvement from Soderbergh himself. The restoration process included the oversight of the original re-recording sound mixer. Sound editor Larry Blake enhanced the auditory experience with the restored 5.1 digital audio mix. The Ultra HD Blu-ray discs and Digital versions both come equipped with previously released special features. It offers viewers an immersive behind-the-scenes look into the making of these cinematic masterpieces.
