Miles Morales faces his greatest challenge yet in the epic conclusion, Beyond the Spider-Verse.
The Spider-Verse saga reaches its grand conclusion with Beyond the Spider-Verse, exclusively in theaters on June 4, 2027. Directed by Bob Persichetti and Justin K. Thompson, and written by Phil Lord, Christopher Miller, and David Callaham, the film is set to be bigger than its predecessors, according to Lord.
The first footage from the highly anticipated animated sequel offers a glimpse at the thrilling action awaiting fans. The preview showcases Miles Morales reuniting with Gwen Stacy and engaging in a dramatic battle with The Prowler before embarking on an unexpected journey alongside him. With innovative new animation techniques, the film promises to push the boundaries of the medium once again.
Lord described Beyond the Spider-Verse as “bigger than the past two” films and emphasized that it will pick up directly where Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse left off. Touted as a massive finale, the film aims to deliver an epic and emotional conclusion to the beloved multiversal adventure.
