Dominik Mysterio stuns John Cena as WarGames matches shake up WWE.

WWE’s Survivor Series: WarGames 2025 opened with a violent showcase as Rhea Ripley, AJ Lee, Charlotte Flair, IYO SKY, and Alexa Bliss defeated Becky Lynch, Asuka, Kairi Sane, Nia Jax, and Lash Legend. Flair earned her team the WarGames advantage on SmackDown, setting the tone when she entered the structure with Asuka.
Momentum shifted as Kairi Sane stormed in with a steel chain, which she, Asuka, and Lynch used to tie up Flair, SKY, and Bliss before a crushing dropkick. AJ Lee’s entrance added tension, especially when Lynch tried to stop her from getting inside the cage. Lee responded by scaling the structure to join the fight.
Ripley arrived wearing a mask inspired by the Terrifier films and brought a black Kendo stick into the match. Legend entered last for her team, officially starting WarGames and throwing her weight around to dominate early. A miscue followed when Asuka aimed her mist at Ripley, only for Flair to shove Ripley aside, causing Asuka to blind Legend.

Control shifted again when SKY climbed the cage, placed a trash can over herself, and launched into a Swanton Bomb that wiped out the field. Lynch ended up standing alone, and after she attempted to escape, Ripley hit the Riptide. Lee locked in the Black Widow to force Lynch to submit, sealing the win.
Dominik Mysterio Shocks John Cena to Capture Intercontinental Title

Dominik Mysterio defeated John Cena to become a two-time Intercontinental Champion in the penultimate match of Cena’s career. With Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez at his side, Mysterio benefited from their interference until he staged an apparent shoulder injury. As medical staff checked on him, Rodriguez and Perez attacked Cena with a Tejana Bomb and Pop Rox.
Mysterio then revealed the ruse and hit a 619. The referee ejected his allies, and Cena answered with the STFU. Mysterio escaped, loosened his boot, and forced Cena to rip it off, setting up another 619. A chaotic sequence followed when Cena collided with the referee after Mysterio evaded a shoulder block.

The Judgment Day rushed in but were taken out by a double Attitude Adjustment. A returning Liv Morgan appeared to confront Mysterio, only to betray Cena with a low blow. She then struck Cena with the championship before Mysterio finished the match with a Frog Splash. Cena received a roaring farewell ovation as he exited the arena one last time.
Stephanie Vaquer Retains Women’s World Title Against Nikki Bella

Stephanie Vaquer kept the Women’s World Championship after defeating Nikki Bella. Bella attacked before the bell and attempted Vaquer’s own Devil’s Kiss. Vaquer avoided the move and later survived the Rack Attack 2.0 by reaching the ropes.

The champion responded with a punishing knee strike on the apron before hitting the Devil’s Kiss on the announce table. Bella endured several more slams onto the desk, but a second Devil’s Kiss, followed by a Corkscrew Splash, ended the match.
Men’s WarGames Closes the Night With Chaos

Survivor Series ended with one of the most stacked WarGames Matches in event history. Roman Reigns, Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes, World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk, and The Usos collided with Brock Lesnar, Drew McIntyre, Logan Paul, Bron Breakker, and Bronson Reed inside the double-caged structure.
Punk and Breakker opened the match in a tense showdown between an established world champion and a rising powerhouse. Entrants arrived quickly, and Rhodes made one of the night’s biggest early moments by diving off the top of the cage onto McIntyre. His intensity worked against him moments later when he accidentally elbowed Punk in the face.

The ring filled with heavy hitters as the match progressed, but the momentum shifted once Lesnar entered. The Beast delivered a barrage of F5s that flattened the field. Reigns followed and met Lesnar in the aisle, sparking the latest chapter in their longstanding rivalry. Their fight spilled outside the cage until Lesnar drove Reigns through a table with an F5 before dragging him inside for another.
Rhodes and Punk recovered and halted the pin attempt by leveling Lesnar with a GTS and a Cross Rhodes. Logan Paul regained control after Paul Heyman slipped him brass knuckles, which he used to drop both Rhodes and Jimmy Uso. Reigns cut off Paul’s attack with a Spear and ripped the weapon off The Maverick’s hand, then blasted Reed and McIntyre before flooring Breakker with a second Spear.

Lesnar lifted Jey for another F5, but Reigns surged back and Speared Lesnar through a table with Jey still on The Beast’s shoulders. Punk followed by hitting Paul with a GTS, only for the match to twist again when a masked figure entered the cage, kicked Punk in the face, and delivered a Stomp before escaping.

The attack left Punk defenseless, and Breakker capitalized with a crushing Spear to score the victory for his team, ending the night with more questions than answers.
