311 Brings Generational Vibes and Big Hits to Houston’s 713 Music Hall

311 Unity Tour features hits, hops, and high vibes.

It was a night full of vibes, hits, and hops at 713 Music Hall as rock veterans 311 took the stage to a packed house that brought together multiple generations of fans.

Crowds arrived early, buzzing with excitement and ready to relive memories—or make brand-new ones. From longtime loyalists who’ve followed the band since the ‘90s to teenagers likely introduced to the group by their parents, the show was a true all-ages celebration of 311’s enduring legacy.

The night kicked off strong with opening acts Missio and Badflower, who warmed up the crowd with gritty, energetic sets that got hands in the air and heads nodding. By the time 311 was ready to take the stage, the building erupted with applause and electricity. The energy hit an all-time high as the first notes of “Beautiful Disaster” rang out—instantly transporting fans to another time and place.

Like a great movie soundtrack, 311’s music evokes memories and moments. And despite three decades on the scene, the band hasn’t missed a beat. Frontmen Nick Hexum and Doug “SA” Martinez commanded the stage with the same charisma and vocal precision fans fell in love with years ago. Honestly, it’s hard to believe these guys have been at it since the early ‘90s—they haven’t aged a day and their stage presence remains as dynamic as ever.

The setlist was packed with fan favorites.

It included “Come Original,” “All Mixed Up,” “Amber,” and “Creatures (for a While).” Bassist P-Nut delivered a slick solo that sent the crowd into a frenzy, while the encore of “Tranquility” and the iconic “Down” gave longtime fans everything they came for.

In perfect sync with their tour, 311 also dropped some exciting news: the launch of their very own non-alcoholic beer, Stealing Hoppy Hours Hazy IPA, a nod to their 1997 fan-favorite track “Stealing Happy Hours.” Developed with California-based DrinkSip, the brew is a first-of-its-kind—the first-ever celebrity-branded non-alcoholic beer.

Crafted with a blend of Cascade, Centennial, El Dorado, Mosaic, Citra, Idaho, and Motueka hops, the IPA delivers smooth notes of tropical fruit and melon. P-Nut was closely involved in the brewing process, ensuring the final product was refreshing and true to 311’s signature style.

“We hope you love it as much as we do,” said P-Nut in a statement.

Stealing Hoppy Hours is already available at Total Wine locations across California and will roll out to most U.S. states in the coming weeks. Fans can stay updated through 311’s website and DrinkSip.

From timeless hits to boundary-pushing brews, 311 proved once again why they’ve remained a beloved band for over 30 years—and why their vibe is still as strong as ever. See them at a city near you here.
