A Quiet Place prequel coming to theaters in 2024.
John Krasinski took his Twitter to announce that filming has begun on his prequel to A Quiet Place titled Day One. This installment will star Lupita Nyong’o and will be directed by Michael Sarnoski. Nyong’o is best known as Nakia in the Black Panther franchise. Joining her are Alex Wolff and Joseph Quinn. The first film came out in 2018, with Part II in 2020. The third film will be released in theaters on March 8, 2024.
