Hayden Panettiere Stars in High-Stakes Thriller ‘Amber Alert’

A routine ride-share becomes a race against time in Amber Alert.

In a suspense-filled new thriller, Amber Alert, a routine rideshare takes a dark and dangerous turn. The film, which will be released in theaters and on-demand on September 27, promises to keep audiences on the edge of their seats.

The movie centers around Jaq, portrayed by Hayden Panettiere, and Shane, played by Tyler James Williams. The duo is thrust into a life-or-death situation when they receive an AMBER Alert on their phones. The alert describes a child abduction in progress, and shockingly, the car in front of them matches the description of the abductor’s vehicle. A tense game of cat and mouse follows as Jaq and Shane decide to follow the car, leading to a desperate race against time to save the child’s life. With every passing second, the stakes grow higher, and the two find themselves increasingly entangled in a web of danger. Watch the trailer below!

Hayden Panettiere, known for her roles in SCREAM 4, Heroes, and Nashville, stars in Amber Alert. Panettiere also starred in SCREAM 6, I Love You, Beth Cooper, and Remember the Titans, showcasing her range as an actress, seamlessly moving between drama, horror, and comedy.

Tyler James Williams, best known for Everybody Hates Chris and his recent role in Abbott Elementary, portrays Shane. The supporting cast also includes Saidah Arrika Ekulona and Kevin Dunn; Kerry Bellessa directs Amber Alert. The gripping narrative explores the lengths ordinary people will go to when facing extraordinary circumstances.
