Kevin Bacon joins the cast of the Netflix film Beverly Hills Cop: Axel Foley.
Netflix has announced Kevin Bacon has joined the cast of Beverly Hills Cop: Axel Foley. He will be part of the cast that brings back Judge Reinhold, John Ashton, Paul Reiser, and Bronson Pinchot. They will reunite with Eddie Murphy after first starring together in the film. The fourth movie, starring Eddie Murphy, is currently filming. New to the franchise are Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Taylour Paige. In 1984 the first film grossed more than $300 million worldwide. It was also nominated for an Academy Award for best original screenplay. The sequel debuted in 1987, and a third came out in 1994.
