Bloodshot is based on the comic book character of the same name.
Sony’s first Valiant Comics adaptation is based on the 90’s best-selling comic book, Bloodshot. The action-packed sci-fi thriller stars Vin Diesel as Ray Garrison. He is a former Marine resurrected by a team of scientists using nanotechnology. This turns him into an unstoppable killing machine. With his newfound superhuman abilities, Ray seeks vengeance against those who brutally murdered him and his beloved wife. As he delves deeper into the truth behind his resurrection, he uncovers a web of deceit and discovers that not everything is as it seems. It will be in theaters on February 21st, 2021.
