Comicpalooza 2024 delivered an unforgettable experience, providing the perfect setting for reconnecting with old friends and indulging in some of the most beloved fandoms. This year’s convention was a thrilling celebration, highlighting iconic franchises like “Back to the Future,” “Jurassic Park,” and “Ghostbusters.” One of the most memorable moments was participating in Brad Gilmore‘s ‘Back to the Future’ podcast. Joined by Michael Carrell from Comicast and Jeff Smith from Clue the Movie Podcast, we didn’t just discuss the film’s legacy and impact on popular culture; we shared insights and reminisced about the classic scenes with a passionate audience that shared our enthusiasm for the timeless trilogy.
Saturday’s celebrity panels were a major draw, attracting fans from all over. ‘A Conversation with the Charmed Ones’ was a reunion of Shannen Doherty and Rose McGowan, who shared behind-the-scenes stories and discussed their characters’ journeys, leaving the audience spellbound. ‘A Day in the Life at Dunder Mifflin’ was a hilarious journey into ‘The Office,’ featuring cast members Andy Buckley, Creed Bratton, and Oscar Nuñez, who brought the Scranton branch to life with their anecdotes and comedic chemistry.

Sunday at Comicapalooza continued the excitement.
“The Champ Is Here: See John Cena,” where the wrestling superstar and actor entertained fans with stories from his career and insights into his roles on screen and in the ring. Cena’s infectious charisma and enthusiasm made for a lively and memorable panel.
Another major draw was the celebration of Napoleon Dynamite’s 20th anniversary. Stars Jon Heder and Efren Ramirez reflected on the film’s cult status and impact over the past two decades.
