Den of Thieves 2: Pantera is set to hit theaters on January 10th.

The highly anticipated sequel Den of Thieves 2: Pantera is set to release in theaters on January 10, 2025. Fans of the original Den of Thieves will see the return of Gerard Butler and O’Shea Jackson Jr. as they reprise their roles in the action-packed heist thriller.

Directed by Christian Gudegast, who also helmed the first film, Den of Thieves 2 takes the gripping story from Los Angeles to Europe. In the sequel, Butler’s character, Big Nick, is back and on a relentless pursuit of Donnie, played by Jackson. This time, the stakes are even higher as Donnie finds himself entrenched in the dangerous world of diamond thieves and the notorious Panther mafia. Watch the trailer below!

The film centers around an ambitious heist involving the world’s largest diamond exchange. Big Nick must navigate the criminal underworld as Donnie tries to survive among the ruthless and unpredictable mafia, all while executing the daring robbery.

The first film was released in 2018.

It garnered a cult following for its gritty portrayal of heists and law enforcement. It followed Big Nick’s cat-and-mouse chase to take down a gang of bank robbers, with Butler’s intense performance anchoring the film. O’Shea Jackson Jr. also received praise for his portrayal of Donnie, the inside man who manages to outsmart both sides.
