Law & Order SVU Sneak Peek: Exclusive Clip from Tonight’s Episode ‘Master Key’

Ahead of tonight’s new Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Nerdtropolis has an exclusive clip from season 26 episode 12, “Master Key,” featuring Mariska Hargitay and Peter Scanavino! Be sure to tune in at 9 PM ET on NBC or stream on Peacock.

When a teen from a group home goes missing, the squad must quickly determine if he ran away or was abducted. Velasco puts pressure on the system at large for letting children slip through the cracks.

In this first look, Benson is determined to figure out the circumstances behind an abduction and pleads with a foster kid to tell the truth about what actually happened. Watch the full sneak peek below:

Now in its 26th season on NBC, this hard-hitting and emotional series focuses on the lives of the Special Victims Unit of the New York City Police Department. This elite squad of detectives investigates crimes of sexual assault, child abuse, and domestic violence.

At the helm of the SVU is Capt. Olivia Benson, portrayed by the Emmy and Golden Globe Award-winning Mariska Hargitay. As the commander, Benson brings empathy and professionalism to her role. She is shaped by her own harrowing past as a product of rape and her commitment to survivor advocacy. Benson is the longest-running female character in a primetime live-action television series, guiding her team through complex cases with a blend of compassion and tenacity.

Dick Wolf, along with David Graziano, Julie Martin, and others, executive produces this series. Universal Television produces the series in association with Wolf Entertainment.

New episodes air on Thursdays at 9/8c on NBC.
