Kenan & Kel announces the Good Burger sequel on The Tonight Show.
Kenan Thompson and Kel Mitchell appeared on The Tonight Show and announced that Good Burger 2 is happening. Filming will begin this summer, and the duo plans to include tons of hijinks and as many cameos as possible. It will stream on Paramount+ later this year. The original film came out in 1997 and celebrated its 25th Anniversary last year. It was based on a sketch from Nickelodeon’s All That. It grossed $23.7 million on an $8 million budget. The film also starred Abe Vigoda, Jan Schweiterman. Sinbad, Shar Jackson, Ron Lester, Josh Server, Linda Cardellini, and Carmen Electra. Shaquille O’Neal and George Clinton made cameos.
