A Global Success Returns
Season one captivated over 44 million viewers worldwide and ranked among the top 10 new series debuts in the U.S. It quickly climbed to #1 on Prime Video domestically, cementing its status as one of the biggest biblical dramas to date.
The first season introduced audiences to David’s rise from shepherd boy to the warrior who faced Goliath. The new season will explore the aftermath of that fateful battle and the path that leads David toward the throne of Israel.
Season Two Synopsis
In season two, Israel nears collapse as Saul’s reign falters. David emerges as both warrior and leader, torn between loyalty and destiny. The Age of Iron transforms warfare while alliances shift, families fracture, and forbidden loves ignite. As faith collides with power, the struggle for Israel’s future intensifies.
The eight-episode season begins with a two-episode debut on October 5. Episode 3 will stream Sunday, October 12, with new episodes releasing each Sunday through the finale.
With sweeping battles, intimate drama, and a story rooted in one of history’s most enduring figures, House of David season two looks to build on its worldwide success and deliver another powerful chapter in the saga of Israel’s most renowned king.
