The jury has notified the court that they have reached a verdict in the Johnny Depp defamation case. In addition, the jury also has a verdict regarding Amber Heard’s counterclaim of $100 Million. She accused Depp of physical and sexual assault. The closing arguments concluded at the Fairfax County Circuit Courthouse on Friday, May 27, 2022. The jury has ruled that Johnny Depp proved all elements of defamation and was awarded $15 million. Amber Heard won a single claim in her counter sue case and was awarded $2 million.
