Keanu Reeves joins Sonic the Hedgehog 3 as Shadow in December Blockbuster.

The trailer teases a high-stakes adventure as Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles team up once again, this time facing their most formidable foe yet: Shadow the Hedgehog. Known for his mysterious past and unmatched power, Shadow threatens not only Sonic’s team but the entire planet. To counter this dangerous adversary, Team Sonic forges an unlikely alliance. This sets the stage for an unforgettable showdown.
Jeff Fowler returns to the director’s chair, building on the success of the first two films that transformed Sonic into a cinematic juggernaut. The movie reunites beloved cast members including Ben Schwartz as Sonic, Colleen O’Shaughnessey as Tails, Idris Elba as Knuckles, and Jim Carrey in his iconic role as Dr. Robotnik. Fan favorites James Marsden, Tika Sumpter, Natasha Rothwell, and Shemar Moore are also back, joined by newcomers Alyla Browne, Krysten Ritter, and the legendary Keanu Reeves, who voices Shadow.
Reeves jumping into the franchise has really amped up the excitement among fans, and everyone’s buzzing about his role as the mysterious Shadow.
