HOUSTON—Fans of Netflix’s hit series Outer Banks have an exciting opportunity. They can meet stars Jonathan Daviss and Austin North at an exclusive meet-and-greet tomorrow night. The event will take place at Neon Boots Dancehall and Saloon, 11410 Hempstead Rd, Houston, TX 77092.
