My Adventures With Superman Season 3 brings bigger stakes to Toonami.

My Adventures With Superman will return for its third season Saturday, June 13, on Adult Swim, bringing Clark Kent, Lois Lane, Jimmy Olsen, and Kara Zor-El back for another action-packed chapter.
The coming-of-age DC animated series premieres at midnight ET/PT as part of Adult Swim’s Toonami anime/action block. Episodes will stream the next day on HBO Max.
From Warner Bros. Animation, My Adventures With Superman stars Jack Quaid as Clark Kent/Superman, Alice Lee as Lois Lane, Ishmel Sahid as Jimmy Olsen, and Kiana Madeira as Kara Zor-El. The series follows the young Daily Planet team as they chase stories, face danger, and discover who they are together.
Quaid is best known for playing Hughie Campbell in Prime Video’s The Boys. He has also built a strong voice acting resume with Star Trek: Lower Decks, where he voices Brad Boimler. His version of Clark Kent brings warmth, humor, and uncertainty to a hero still learning how to carry the weight of Superman.
Season 3 Brings Bigger Action and Emotional Stakes
Season 3 finds Clark in a new place. He has truly become Superman and made peace with his Kryptonian origins. Now, he feels ready to settle down.
Lois, however, has other plans. She has become the Daily Planet’s star reporter and continues pushing forward in her career. Meanwhile, Jimmy has gone from freelance photographer to celebrity journalist, though he still feels intimidated by the romantic attention of Kara Zor-El.

Kara is also trying to find her place on Earth. Her arrival adds new energy to the group and deepens the show’s focus on identity, belonging, and found family.
“This is the kind of show action-animation fans tune into Toonami for,” said Michael Ouweleen, president of Adult Swim. “Season three of My Adventures With Superman goes harder, looks bigger, and packs the emotional punch that makes this series such a standout.”
What Happened in the First Two Seasons?
The first two seasons introduced a fresh, youthful version of Superman’s world. Season 1 followed Clark Kent as he started his career at the Daily Planet and slowly learned more about his powers. Alongside Lois and Jimmy, Clark faced threats tied to advanced technology, mysterious forces, and his growing connection to Krypton.
At the same time, the show built its emotional core around friendship and romance. Clark and Lois’ relationship became one of the series’ biggest strengths, while Jimmy brought humor, heart, and loyalty to the trio.

Season 2 expanded the story and raised the stakes. Clark faced more serious threats connected to his Kryptonian past, while Lois grew stronger as a reporter. Jimmy’s rise as a media figure gave the show a modern twist, and Kara Zor-El’s arrival changed the direction of the series.
Together, the first two seasons turned My Adventures With Superman into more than another superhero origin story. The series became a bright, romantic, and anime-inspired take on growing up, finding purpose, and choosing the people who become your family.
A New Threat Tests Superman’s Future
The official Season 3 synopsis teases powerful new enemies that will challenge Superman and threaten the future of Clark, Lois, Jimmy, and Kara. The new season will blend action, comedy, and romance as the group faces danger that could test the bonds holding them together.
The central question is simple: Can these heroes save their tomorrow before it destroys today?
