Netflix’s In Your Dreams teases wild comedy adventure.

Netflix has released the official full trailer for In Your Dreams. It is an animated comedy adventure from Kuku Studios and Sony Pictures Imageworks. The film will premiere globally on November 14, 2025.
A Journey Through the Absurd
The film is directed by Alex Woo and co-directed by Erik Benson. In Your Dreams follows Stevie (voiced by Jolie Hoang-Rappaport) and her brother Elliot (Elias Janssen) as they journey through the bizarre world of their own dreams. Along the way, they face a snarky stuffed giraffe, zombie breakfast foods, and a queen of nightmares. If they succeed, the Sandman will grant their ultimate wish: the perfect family.

The voice cast features Jolie Hoang-Rappaport, Elias Janssen, Craig Robinson, Simu Liu, Cristin Milioti, Omid Djalili, Gia Carides, SungWon Cho, and Zachary Noah Piser. Robinson lends his voice to Baloney Tony. Liu plays the children’s father, Milioti voices their mother, Carides portrays the menacing Nightmara, and Djalili takes on the role of the Sandman.
A Decade in the Making
Woo, who left Pixar to co-found Kuku Studios, said the idea began a decade ago with his fascination with the origins and meaning of dreams.
“Making this movie gave me the chance to explore those questions in the most fun and fantastical ways I could imagine,” Woo said. “At its heart, it’s a grounded, emotional story about two siblings finding their way through a world that doesn’t always make sense.”
Creative Team and Music
The screenplay was written by Benson and Woo, based on a story by Woo and Stanley Moore. The film’s music is composed by Academy Award-nominated composer John Debney (The Passion of the Christ, Elf).
Family Entertainment on Netflix
Packed with surreal dreamscapes and imaginative characters, In Your Dreams blends humor, emotion, and spectacle. Netflix is positioning the film as a family-friendly event for the fall.
In Your Dreams begins streaming on November 14, 2025, only on Netflix.
