A Vacation Turns Deadly
In PRIMATE, a group of friends’ tropical vacation spirals into a nightmare when their getaway takes a horrifying turn. What begins as paradise quickly becomes a fight for survival as they face something ancient, feral, and far beyond their control.
A Proven Horror Duo
The film is written by Johannes Roberts and Ernest Riera, the creative team behind 47 Meters Down and The Other Side of the Door. Roberts also directs, once again blending nerve-wracking tension with visceral, creature-driven horror.
The Cast of Primate
PRIMATE stars Johnny Sequoyah, Jessica Alexander, and Academy Award winner Troy Kotsur. They are joined by Victoria Wyant, Gia Hunter, Benjamin Cheng, Charlie Mann, and Tienne Simon.
PRIMATE opens exclusively in theaters January 9, 2026.
