“Wizards Beyond Waverly Place” premieres October 29 on Disney Channel and Disney+.

The highly anticipated continuation of the beloved series “Wizards of Waverly Place,” “Wizards Beyond Waverly Place,” will enchant viewers with its premiere on Tuesday, October 29, at 8:00 p.m. EDT on Disney Channel. Fans can also catch the first eight episodes the following day, Wednesday, October 30, on Disney+ and Disney Channel On Demand.

Executive producers Selena Gomez and David Henrie are returning to the magical universe. The new series brings back David Henrie as adult Justin Russo, who is now leading a mundane life with his family. However, his life takes a magical turn when his sister Alex, portrayed by Selena Gomez in a guest appearance, seeks his help with a wizard-in-training named Billie. Justin must balance his normal life with his magical duties, all while safeguarding the future of the Wizard World.

The series features an exciting roster of actors.
It includes Janice LeAnn Brown as Billie, Alkaio Thiele as Roman Russo, Max Matenko as Milo Russo, Taylor Cora as Winter, and Mimi Gianopulos as Giada Russo. Raven-Symoné, known for her role in “Raven’s Home,” and Danielle Fishel of “Girl Meets World” fame, will direct episodes during the season.

The creative team behind the series includes Jed Elinoff and Scott Thomas, writers and executive producers, alongside Gary Marsh, Jonas Agin, Gomez, and Henrie. Andy Fickman, who directed the pilot, will also direct several episodes throughout the season. “Wizards of Waverly Place” was created by Todd Greenwald. Following the Disney Channel premiere, two additional episodes, including a Halloween-themed special, will air on October 30. Starting November 8, new episodes will air on Fridays at 8:00 p.m. EDT, with two episodes premiering weekly. Fans of the original series and newcomers alike can look forward to the magic and nostalgia of “Wizards Beyond Waverly Place.”
