Simulant is an upcoming sci-fi film with an impressive cast. It stars Robbie Amell, Jordana Brewster, Alicia Sanz, Simu Liu, and Sam Worthington. April Mullen directs the Canadian film. It will be available in the United States on the DIRECTV streaming service on May 5th, followed by a theatrical release on June 2, 2023. Watch the trailer below!
Synopsis
Set in the near future, a humanoid enlists a global hacker to remove all restrictions on his thoughts and capabilities, triggering an A.I. uprising and a government manhunt to eliminate the rise of the machine consciousness.
