Steven Spielberg’s Disclosure Day used its Big Game slot to signal a major event movie, pairing intrigue with prestige casting. Spielberg directs with a screenplay by David Koepp and a story credit for Spielberg. Universal opens it on June 12, 2026, starring Emily Blunt, Josh O’Connor, Colin Firth, Colman Domingo, and Wyatt Russell.
The Adventures of Cliff Booth
Netflix’s The Adventures of Cliff Booth stands out as the wild card, pairing David Fincher with a script by Quentin Tarantino. The cast list reads like an event all on its own, led by Brad Pitt with names like Elizabeth Debicki, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Carla Gugino, and Holt McCallany. No release date is set yet from the platform.
Hoppers (Big Game Spot)
Disney’s Hoppers teased a fast, comedic tone with a stacked voice lineup and a playful, high-concept hook. Daniel Chong directs, with Jesse Andrews on the screenplay and a story credit for Chong.
