Super Mario Movie Pushed Back To 2023

Nintendo originally announced that the Super Mario movie would premiere in theaters on December 21, 2022. Today a Miyamoto announcement via Twitter confirmed that the movie USA release date is now April 7, 2023. It will be released in Japan on April 28. This movie is a joint effort between Illumination, who brought us Minions, and Nintendo.

The cast includes: Chris Pratt as Mario Anya Taylor-Joy as Peach Charlie Day as Luigi Jack Black as Bowser Keegan-Michael Key as Toad Seth Rogen as Donkey Kong Fred Armisen as Cranky Kong Kevin Michael Richardson as Kamek Sebastian Maniscalco as Spike and Cameos from Charles Martinet.
