Taron Egerton stars in the gritty action-thriller She Rides Shotgun
based on the novel by Jordan Harper.
Director Nick Rowland brings Jordan Harper’s award-winning book She Rides Shotgun to the big screen, with a screenplay by Harper and writing duo Ben Collins & Luke Piotrowski. The film is produced by Brad Weston, Collin Creighton, Nate Matteson, Hiro Murai and Taron Egerton.
A Story of Survival, Loyalty and Redemption
In She Rides Shotgun, Taron Egerton plays Nate, a recently released ex-con marked for death by ruthless enemies. His only mission now is to protect his estranged 11-year-old daughter, Polly, played by Ana Sophia Heger.
A Dangerous Road Ahead
As Nate and Polly run from a corrupt sheriff and a brutal gang leader who will do anything to protect their criminal empire, the father-daughter duo must learn to trust each other. While Nate shows Polly how to fight and survive, she teaches him what unconditional love truly means.
The cast also features Rob Yang and John Carroll Lynch in key supporting roles, adding to the film’s tense, emotional stakes.
