The Crow is getting a promising reboot. THR is reporting that Bill Skarsgard will star in The Crow. Skarsgård’s best-known performance is as the sadistic clown Pennywise in IT. The director tapped for this reboot is Rupert Sanders. His previously directed films are Snow White and the Huntsman and Ghost in the Shell. The film with begins production soon in Prague and Munich. The Crow was originally a comic book by James O’Barr. It was adapted into the favorite fan film of the same name in 1994, starring Bruce Lee’s son, Brandon Lee. Unfortunately, Lee was tragically killed on set from an obstructed prop gun. A sequel was made two years later, titled ‘City of Angels’. In 2000 a third film was made called ‘Salvation’, and then a fourth in 2005 called ‘Wicked Prayer’.
