The Lord of The Rings: The Rings Of Power returns August 29 on Prime Video.
In Season Two of “The Rings of Power,” Sauron returns. Cast out by Galadriel and bereft of his army and allies, the rising Dark Lord must now rely on his cunning to rebuild his strength. This Prime Video series brings to screens for the first time the heroic legends. This grand drama is set thousands of years before the events of J.R.R. Tolkien’s “The Hobbit” and “The Lord of the Rings” books. It takes viewers back to an era in which great powers were forged. Kingdoms rose to glory and fell to ruin. Unlikely heroes were put to the test, hope hung by the finest of threads, and the greatest villain ever created by Tolkien threatened to cover all the world in darkness.
