The Marvels SteelBook Edition Announced

Marvel Studios’ “The Marvels” will soar on Digital this month and on 4K UHD in February.

Marvel Studios’ “The Marvels” will be available on digital platforms starting January 16. It will then release on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD on February 13. The SteelBook will be a Walmart Exclusive. Directed by Nia DaCosta, the film brings together the powerful trio of Captain Marvel, Monica Rambeau, and Ms. Marvel. The story follows Carol Danvers, who is trying to reclaim her identity from the oppressive Kree. She is caught up in a cosmic web of events involving a mysterious wormhole that intertwines her powers with those of super-fan Kamala Khan (Ms. Marvel) and her estranged niece, astronaut Monica Rambeau. As fate brings them together, they must unite to face the formidable Dar-Benn, the new leader of the Kree. With the help of the ever-resourceful Nick Fury and Carol’s feline companion, Goose, they must confront their enemy and save the universe.

Fans eager to experience this film at home can be the first to watch it on digital platforms like Prime Video starting January 16. For those who prefer the high-quality experience of physical media, the 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD release will be on February 13th. The Blu-ray and DVD editions come with exclusive bonus content. Among the features are deleted scenes, a gag reel, behind-the-scenes featurettes, and an audio commentary from co-writer/director Nia DaCosta and VFX Supervisor Tara DeMarco.
