Critically acclaimed medical drama The Pitt returns in January 2026.
HBO Max has released the first official teaser for season two of its Max Original drama series The Pitt. Produced by John Wells Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television, the series was created by R. Scott Gemmill and stars Noah Wyle. The show has already earned widespread acclaim, racking up 13 Emmy nominations, and will return with new episodes in January 2026.
A Realistic Look at Modern Medicine
The Pitt offers a grounded, uncompromising portrayal of the challenges faced by healthcare workers in today’s America. The story unfolds inside a modern Pittsburgh hospital, following doctors, nurses, and staff as they balance the intensity of frontline care with the personal struggles that shape their lives.
