“Dead Boy Detectives” will haunt Netflix screens starting April 25th.
The Dead Boy Detectives have arrived in the world of The Sandman and are here to save the day. Meet Edwin Payne (played by George Rexstrew) and Charles Rowland (portrayed by Jayden Revri), the teenage ghost duo behind the Dead Boy Detectives agency. Despite being born decades apart, they make the perfect team, with Edwin as “the brains” and Charles as “the brawn.” Together, they navigate the afterlife, solving mysteries even the most seasoned investigators can’t crack. Not even witches, demons, or even Death herself can tear them apart. Crystal (played by Kassius Nelson), a clairvoyant, and her friend Niko (portrayed by Yuyu Kitamura) assist them in their supernatural sleuthing. Edwin and Charles solve some of the most mystifying paranormal cases the mortal realm has ever seen. Watch the trailer below!

Dead Boys Detectives is based on Neil Gaiman’s beloved comic book series. Steve Yockey developed the show for television and promises to bring the same blend of mystery, magic, and dark humor that fans of Gaiman’s work know and love. Co-showrunners Beth Schwartz and Steve Yockey, and executive producers Greg Berlanti, Jeremy Carver, and Sarah Schechter have worked tirelessly to bring this iconic series to life on the small screen.
