Brendan Fraser stars in The Whale.
From Darren Aronofsky comes The Whale, starring Brendan Fraser. The movie is about a reclusive English teacher who attempts to reconnect with his estranged teenage daughter. Fraser plays the dangerously obese teacher Charlie. Fraser said, “Charlie is the most heroic man I have ever played because his superpower is to seek the good in others and bring that out in them. In that process, he’s on his journey of salvation.” The Whale is a psychological drama film featuring Sadie Sink, Hong Chau, Samantha Morton, and Ty Simpkins. The A24 film is based on the acclaimed play by Samuel D. Hunter and will be in theaters on December 9th, 2022. Watch the trailer below!
