Pokémon is coming to Universal Studios Japan in 2022.
Universal Studios Japan and Pokémon Co., Ltd. announce a partnership to create a new entertainment experience. The park has already added Super Nintendo World as the latest themed area. There is also plans to expand Super Nintendo World with Donkey Kong. Both companies will work together to form innovative technology and creativity to encompass Pokémon throughout the park.
They will form a medium- to a long-term strategic alliance with multiple development projects already underway. The two companies aim to create and provide a new theme park experience that has never been seen before. The first collaboration project of this alliance is will appear in-park by the end of 2022. They hope this new addition will deliver new experiences that exceed everyone’s expectations. Universal Studios Japan aims to attract many guests and become of choice theme-park for people worldwide.
