Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Reveal Favorite Cartoons and Pizza Toppings – Interview

Get to know the voice cast of ‘Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.’

Get ready to dive back into the world of pizza-loving, sewer-dwelling heroes with Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The new series premieres on Friday, August 9, exclusively on Paramount+. The animated series brings back the iconic quartet of Michelangelo, Leonardo, Donatello, and Raphael, voiced by the energetic talents of Micah Abbey, Shamon Brown Jr., Nicolas Cantu, and Brady Noon.

I had a really fun chat with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles voice cast. We talked about their favorite Saturday morning cartoons, cereals, pizza toppings, and their top spots to visit in New York City. They were super pumped about the show, and they really clicked well together, which brings the beloved characters to life.

Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” is bringing a fresh new take on the adventures of these legendary heroes. They are mixing classic TMNT action with new storylines and characters. The series not only features the main Turtles and their trusty ally, April O’Neil, voiced by Ayo Edebiri but also introduces a bunch of guest stars reprising their roles from “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem.” This show is really unique and stands out with its art style and narrative, which splits up the turtles to tell an action-packed story.

The guest lineup is pretty awesome.

We’ve got Rose Byrne as Leatherhead, Natasia Demetriou as the tech-savvy Wingnut, and Post Malone as the musical Ray Fillet. Also, Christopher Mintz-Plasse is Pigeon Pete, Timothy Olyphant is the villainous Goldfin, Jillian Bell is Lee the Eel, and Danny Trejo is Mustang Sally. All 12 episodes of the season will drop at once. So fans should be excited and can expect a binge-worthy experience filled with humor, heart, and high-octane action.

Whether you’re a lifelong TMNT fan or new to the shell-shocked world of Leo, Raph, Donnie, and Mikey, Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is set to be an epic addition to the franchise. So, grab your favorite cereal, sit back, get ready for a mutant-packed adventure, and relive the good old days of Saturday Morning Cartoons.
