Jenna Ortega leads the talented cast of “Wednesday,” playing the character’s formative years at Nevermore Academy. Ortega is currently teaming up again with Tim Burton for Beetlejuice 2. The supporting ensemble includes Gwendoline Christie as Principal Larissa Weems and Jamie McShane as Sheriff Donovan Galpin. The show also features guest appearances by Catherine Zeta-Jones, Luis Guzmán, Isaac Ordonez, and Fred Armisen. This trio offers a promising bewitching blend of mystery and humor.
Netflix enjoyed unparalleled success as “Wednesday” garnered almost 6 billion minutes of viewership in its first five days. The show surpassed all other English TV series on the platform with 252.1 million views. The Blu-ray and DVD release will include all eight episodes of the show. Fans can immerse themselves in the supernatural mysteries, comedic escapades, and complicated relationships that define Wednesday Addams’ journey at Nevermore Academy.
