Without the power of the magic potion, Asterix, Obelix, and the other villagers must rely on their wits and bravery to defend their homes. The series explores their resourcefulness in the face of danger, promising humor, action, and heart in true Asterix fashion.
The Big Fight is based on the original work by René Goscinny and Albert Uderzo, whose creation has become a cornerstone of French comic book history. The series is an adaptation of their 1966 comic album Asterix the Gladiator, which sees the Gauls battling Roman forces in an exciting showdown of brains versus brawn.

Alain Chabat, known for his work on Asterix & Obelix: Mission Cleopatra, handles both direction and adaptation.
