Papa Roach announces ‘Rise of the Roach’ North American tour with Rise Against and special guest Underoath.
Papa Roach has revealed a major new chapter in their legacy with the announcement of their Rise of the Roach North American tour. It is set to take place in 2025. The legendary alternative rock band will hit the road alongside fellow rock icons Rise Against and special guest Underoath. The tour will run across over 30 cities. The news came with a surprising twist, thanks to comedian Bert Kreischer. He dropped the “big news” in a hilarious video. Not only did Kreischer announce the tour, but he also let fans in on a secret—he’s been part of Papa Roach all along. Watch below!
Produced by Live Nation, the Rise of the Roach tour will kick off on March 20, 2025, at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas. Stops include major cities like Los Angeles, Seattle, New York, and Washington, D.C., before wrapping up in West Palm Beach, Florida, on October 5th. The tour will see Papa Roach delivering their biggest production to date. It also marks a special milestone. Both Papa Roach and Rise Against are celebrating 25 years in the industry.
Papa Roach frontman Jacoby Shaddix expressed excitement about the upcoming tour.
He said, “We can’t wait to bring the Rise of the Roach tour to North America next year. Rise Against are legends in their own right, and will bring another dynamic to this tour. With both our bands celebrating our 25+ year legacy and deep catalogs, we are truly blessed to be able to put this show in front of fans.”
Rise Against’s Tim McIlrath shared similar enthusiasm, adding, “After crossing paths with Papa Roach countless times over the years, we’re stoked to finally team up and put our bands together on the same stage and our fans together in the same room. With the welcome addition of our old friends Underoath, this will be the best damn tour of 2025. See you soon!”

The Rise of the Roach tour will feature both Papa Roach and Rise Against showcasing their celebrated catalogs. Papa Roach will revisit iconic tracks from their debut album Infest as well as fan favorites from their extensive discography. Rise Against are marking their own 25th anniversary. They will perform hits from their catalog. This includes multiple top-charting albums and politically charged anthems. Papa Roach, known for their powerful hits like “Last Resort” and “Scars,” has made a lasting impact on the rock scene since their formation in 1993. They’ve earned two Grammy nominations and sold millions of albums worldwide. They are celebrated as one of the most influential punk bands of their generation.
