From Adult Swim to live stage, DETHKLOK returns for a 20th anniversary run.

The world’s most brutal animated metal band is heading back on the road. DETHKLOK has announced a new slate of spring 2026 headline concerts celebrating 20 years of Metalocalypse, giving fans another chance to witness the chaos live. The performances arrive alongside the band’s previously announced co-headline run with Amon Amarth. However, these newly added shows spotlight DETHKLOKalone, allowing the group to deliver its full production in a dedicated setting.
Promoted by Live Nation, the tour launches April 26 at the Aragon Ballroom in Chicago before traveling west. Stops include Los Angeles, Seattle, and Portland before the run concludes on May 28 in San Diego at Observatory North Park. Special guests will be announced later.
Tickets and Presales
Presales begin Feb. 17 with a Citi cardmember presale at 10 a.m. PST, followed by an artist presale at 11 a.m. PST using the code “BRUTAL.” Additional presales run through the week leading up to the general on-sale on Feb. 20 at 10 a.m. local time.
20 Years of Animated Metal Mayhem
Originally debuting on Adult Swim in 2006, Metalocalypse blended extreme metal, satire, and dark comedy into a cult phenomenon. The fictional band DETHKLOK became a real-world chart topper, releasing albums and performing elaborate live tours that mirrored the show’s over-the-top nature.

Two decades later, the project remains one of the most unusual success stories in music and animation. The live concerts combine musicianship, animation, visuals, and theatrical spectacle, turning each performance into a hybrid concert and narrative experience.

The Amonklok Conquest Tour (Selected Dates)
Before the headline shows, DETHKLOK will join Amon Amarth for an extensive North American run beginning April 15 in Phoenix and traveling across major cities, including San Antonio, Houston, Brooklyn, Boston, Toronto, Atlanta, and Las Vegas. After 20 years of animated carnage and real-world concerts, DETHKLOK continues to blur the line between fiction and heavy metal reality, and 2026 looks ready to be one of the band’s most brutal tours yet.
