First look at Disney+ 2025 slate.
Disney+ marked its fifth anniversary with a special preview. They unveiled a two-minute look at their star-studded 2025 slate. This preview offered fans a first look at some of the most anticipated original series across Disney+, Hulu, and FX. The clip includes exclusive scenes from returning fan favorites. It also shows scenes from new series. These scenes underscore Disney+’s commitment to high-quality storytelling and diverse entertainment.
The video highlights several flagship series.
These include Lucasfilm’s Andor Season 2 and Marvel Television’s Daredevil: Born Again. It also features Percy Jackson and the Olympians Season 2. Disney+ fans will see their first glimpses of Cassian Andor’s rebellion. Andor is set to return on April 22, 2025. The preview teases new challenges in the Star Wars universe. It also promises intrigue as Cassian inches closer to his ultimate fate in Rogue One.
Marvel fans, meanwhile, are treated to footage from Daredevil: Born Again, the long-awaited revival starring Charlie Cox. Premiering March 4, 2025, the series promises a fresh chapter for the beloved vigilante. He faces both familiar foes and new threats in Hell’s Kitchen. The series blends intense action with the gritty realism fans expect from the character.
Percy Jackson and the Olympians Season 2 is perfect for younger audiences and mythology lovers. It teases more of Percy’s journey through the world of Greek gods. He encounters monsters and prophecies. The sneak peek reveals exciting new characters and challenges for Percy and his friends as they embrace their roles as demigods.
The 2025 slate preview also highlights other must-watch series.
It features The Bear Season 4 from FX, Hulu’s The Handmaid’s Tale Season 6, FX’s new sci-fi thriller Alien: Earth, and Ellen Pompeo’s limited series Good American Family. Bundle subscribers can now enjoy Hulu and FX content through the Disney+ app, creating a comprehensive hub for Disney’s wide-ranging library.
Disney+ capped off the sneak peek with perks for subscribers this holiday season, including early access to merchandise for Deadpool & Wolverine, presale tickets for the upcoming Descendants/Zombies: Worlds Collide Tour, and a chance to win a trip to Star Wars Celebration in Japan. U.S. and Canadian subscribers can also snag a holiday ticket offer at Disneyland Resort, with a “two days for the price of three” deal.
