Johnson co-wrote the screenplay with Matthew Miller, Todd Bartels, and Lou Howe. He also serves as a producer alongside Tim White, Trevor White, and Miller. The production team includes cinematographer Michael Bauman, production designer Ryan Warren Smith, editors Curt Lobb and Robert Upchurch, costume designer Chloe Karmin, and composer Jay McCarrol.
