Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 Teaser Drops: No One Is Safe This Time

Blumhouse unveils first look at Five Nights at Freddy’s 2.

The horror doesn’t end at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria. Blumhouse has unveiled the first teaser for Five Nights at Freddy’s 2, hinting at an even more terrifying sequel to last year’s record-breaking hit.

The teaser comes with an ominous warning: “Anyone can survive five nights. This time, there will be no second chances.” That chilling line suggests the stakes are higher than ever in the upcoming film, which continues the eerie legacy of the Five Nights at Freddy’s video game franchise created by Scott Cawthon.

Returning to direct is Emma Tammi, who helmed the first film, which debuted to a staggering $80 million opening weekend and grossed nearly $300 million worldwide. Produced once again by horror mastermind Jason Blum (M3GAN, The Black Phone, Halloween) alongside Cawthon, the sequel aims to expand on the dark, animatronic-filled nightmare that captivated audiences.

The original film followed Mike, a struggling young man who took a security job at the long-abandoned Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria, hoping to provide stability for his sister. Instead, he found himself trapped in a supernatural horror beyond his worst fears. While the plot of Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 remains a mystery, the teaser suggests an even deadlier experience awaits.

With the first film’s massive success and a dedicated fanbase eager for more, Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 is set to deliver another horror hit. Catch it in theaters on December 5th, 2025.
