James Caan has passed away at the age of 82.

James Caan, best known for his role in The Godfather and the TV series Las Vegas has passed away. He was 82 years old. The news was announced via his Twitter account. Caan starred in the hit Christmas Elf alongside Will Ferrel. He also starred with Cathy Bates in Misery and played the co- lead in Brian’s Song.

It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of Jimmy on the evening of July 6.
