A cyberpunk classic, Neuromancer, heads to Apple TV+.
BAFTA Award-nominee Callum Turner (Masters of the Air) will headline Neuromancer, a new 10-episode drama series coming to Apple TV+. Based on William Gibson’s groundbreaking sci-fi novel, the series centers on Case, a brilliant but broken super-hacker who gets pulled into a dangerous web of digital espionage and crime. He teams up with Molly, a razor-girl assassin with mirrored eyes, played by Briana Middleton, to pull off a risky heist targeting a corporate dynasty with dark secrets.
Star-Studded Cast
Turner and Middleton lead an impressive ensemble that includes Joseph Lee, Mark Strong, Clémence Poésy, Peter Sarsgaard, Emma Laird, Dane DeHaan, André De Shields, Max Irons, and Marc Menchaca.
Creative Team and Production
Neuromancer is being created for television by Graham Roland (Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan, Dark Winds) and JD Dillard (Devotion, The Outsider, Sleight). Roland will serve as showrunner, while Dillard will direct the pilot episode. The series is a co-production between Skydance Television and Anonymous Content, with Drake’s DreamCrew Entertainment also producing.
Executive producers include Roland and Dillard, David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, and Matt Thunell for Skydance Television; Anonymous Content; and Drake, Adel ‘Future’ Nur, and Jason Shrier for DreamCrew Entertainment. Zack Hayden and Gibson also serve as executive producers.
Coming Soon to Streaming
A premiere date has not yet been announced, but Neuromancer is set to bring Gibson’s iconic cyberpunk world to life exclusively on Apple TV+.
