‘The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder’ Season Three drops Aug. 6 on Disney+.
Disney Branded Television has announced that season three of The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder will premiere on Thursday, Aug. 6, on Disney+. The hit animated revival has also been renewed for a fourth season, which will debut on the streamer in 2026.
New Season Brings More Adventures
The latest season is from creator and executive producer Bruce W. Smith and executive producer Ralph Farquhar. Season Three follows Penny Proud and her loyal crew as they embark on international escapades, wild adventures, and fantastical moments filled with humor, heart, and discovery.
Star-Studded Guest Lineup
New guest stars this season include Janelle James, Sanaa Lathan, Neil deGrasse Tyson, Lynn Whitfield, Adrienne Warren, Kirk Franklin, and NASCAR driver Bubba Wallace. They join recurring guest stars Keke Palmer, Billy Porter, Zachary Quinto, EJ Johnson, Asante Blackk, Artist “A Boogie” Dubose, Bresha Webb, Aiden Dodson, Carlos Alazraqui, Al Roker, CeeLo Green, Tiffany Haddish, Gabrielle Union, Chance the Rapper, Brenda Song, Lena Waithe, and MIYACHI.

The main voice cast returns with Kyla Pratt as Penny Proud, Tommy Davidson as Oscar Proud, Paula Jai Parker as Trudy Proud, JoMarie Payton as Suga Mama, Cedric the Entertainer as Uncle Bobby, Karen Malina White as Dijonay Jones, Soleil Moon Frye as Zoey Howzer, Alisa Reyes as LaCienega Boulevardez, Carlos Mencia as Felix Boulevardez, Alvaro Gutierrez as Papi, Raquel Lee Bolleau as Nubia Gross, Marcus T. Paulk as Myron, and Melissa De Sousa as Sunset Boulevardez.

Longtime Proud Family composer Kurt Farquhar returns. Season three will feature 10 new original songs from Grammy-winning songwriter and producer Roccstar.

First launched in 2001, The Proud Family revival picks up the story of Penny Proud, her parents, Oscar and Trudy, twin siblings BeBe and CeCe, and their beloved grandmother, Suga Mama, along with her dog, Puff. Penny’s loyal crew — Dijonay, LaCienega, Zoey, Maya, and Michael — are along for every outrageous adventure.
