Blumhouse’s latest thriller, Speak No Evil, continues to send chills down audiences’ spines in its theatrical run. Starting tomorrow, October 1, 2024, the film will be available exclusively on digital platforms to rent or own from Universal Pictures Home Entertainment. James McAvoy stars, portraying a charismatic yet menacing host whose unnerving hospitality hides a dark, terrifying secret. Viewers who purchase Speak No Evil from participating retailers such as Apple TV, Comcast Xfinity, and Movies Anywhere can access exclusive bonus content. Special features include behind-the-scenes insights from director James Watkins and the cast, offering a deep dive into the film’s unsettling dynamics and horror techniques.

The film follows American couple Ben and Louise, who, along with their daughter, accept an invitation from a British couple they recently befriended. However, their idyllic weekend getaway turns sinister when they uncover their hosts’ disturbing motives. What starts as a dream vacation warps into a psychological nightmare as Ben and Louise fight to protect their family.

Directed by James Watkins (Eden Lake, The Woman in Black), Speak No Evil is based on the Danish horror film Gæsterne, written by Christian Tafdrup and Mads Tafdrup. Alongside McAvoy, the film stars Aisling Franciosi (Game of Thrones), Mackenzie Davis (Terminator: Dark Fate), Scoot McNairy (Argo), and newcomer Dan Hough.
