Peter David returns to Marvel 2099 with Symbiote Spider-Man 2099 series.

Exciting news for Spider-Man fans. Peter David, the co-creator of Spider-Man, is returning to the iconic character Miguel O’Hara. It is all happening in the upcoming SYMBIOTE SPIDER-MAN 2099 series. The series will launch in March and will consist of five issues. David will be collaborating with artist Rogê Antônio. Together they are ready to take fans on a thrilling journey through the dystopian future of Marvel 2099.

This new installment, SYMBIOTE SPIDER-MAN 2099, is the latest addition to David’s successful Symbiote Spider-Man saga. The series has been instrumental in Marvel Comics’ renaissance of classic series, bringing back popular characters and revisiting iconic storylines. Rogê Antônio, known for his emotionally charged work on Carnage, has teamed up with David to bring a techno-dystopian future to life.
The story follows Miguel O’Hara as he faces a takeover of his body by Kron Stone, also known as the Venom of 2099. Stone launches a relentless attack on Alchemax, leaving O’Hara with the daunting task of stopping him. The key to Miguel’s success lies in a power unleashed by a top-secret project gone awry.



The debut issue cover by Leinil Francis Yu and variant cover by Ken Lashley and Greg Land set the stage for what promises to be an exciting and emotionally charged adventure.
